Can I transfer my certification to another website?

Certification is unique to each website or URL (Uniform Resource Locator or web site page address). In the event that you add or switch URL’s, you will be required to submit a new application with the corresponding certification fee.

 

How long until my application is approved?

We pre-approve all applications. This means that after your application is submitted you will receive your Trusted Site seals with your unique tracking code within 24 hours. The rest of the certification process which includes the verification of phone, email, address and company policies, usually takes 1-10 business days (time may very depending on the response time of our members).

 

Will your web seal code work on my website?

We have tested our code on the following types of pages: .htm, .html, .jsp, .asp, .php.  We have also tested our seals on both secure and non-secure pages. If your website is designed in any of the above file formats, our code should integrate perfectly.

 

How Do I display my web seals on my website?

Do you offer your services to companies located outside of the US?

We currently offer services to companies located in: United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia. We look forward to servicing other countries in the near future.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

 

When will I be billed for services?

You will be billed immediately upon submitting your application to become a member of the Integrity Business Bureau. If your application is the first website you have certified with us, you will not be charged your first monthly membership fee until 3o days from submitting your application. If your application is for an additional website you will be billed immediately for certification as well as your first monthly membership fee.Please refer to our Billing Policy.

 

What kind of guarantee am I granted?

Unlike other website guarantees that take your money and make you jump through hoops to get it back, we are gifting you an entire month of service – absolutely free. Try before you buy! Please refer to our No Risk Guarantee.

 

How do I obtain my receipt of purchase?

You will automatically be sent your receipt of purchase after submitting your application.  If you would like to request another copy of your receipt, please Click Here.

 

What about sales tax?

The Integrity Business Bureau does not sell products, it provides a service. Because of this, our Members will not be charged a sales tax.

 

What if I default on my monthly subscription?

Defaulting on your monthly subscription will result in a $15.00 late fee. You will have 15 days to resolve the issue. If we do not receive payment for your monthly subscription and late fee after 15 business days, your web seal code will be inactivated. Please refer to our Billing Policy.

 

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at anytime. If you wish to cancel your website, you can do so by reaching our support team at 480-695-6235.
